L\u00fchiajalise paastuga v\u00f5ib katsetada terve inimene, kes tahab organismi koormat veidi kergendada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article\">\n<div class=\"flex\">\n<div class=\"flex--equal-width\">\n<div class=\"article-body\">\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Eesti vaba\u00f5humuuseumi paljurahvuselise Eesti keskuse juhi Einike Soov\u00e4li s\u00f5nul praktiseeriti paastumist vaimu ja keha tervendamiseks muistsetes kultuurides juba aastatuhandeid tagasi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>\u00abPraegu elab Eestis ligi 200 erineva rahvuse esindajaid ja nende hulgas on eri toitumise n\u00f5udeid j\u00e4rgivaid inimesi. Samas on igas usus paastumise p\u00f5hip\u00f5hjuseks mitte enda n\u00e4ljutamine, vaid \u00fcldine puhastumine, vaimse j\u00f5u ammutamine ja Jumala teenimine,\u00bb kirjeldas ta. Usulise kuuluvuse j\u00e4rgi on meil enim \u00f5igeusklikke, kes on ka paastu au sees hoiavad.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Minu tutvusringkonnas j\u00e4rgivad paljud paastu, olgu nad luterlased, \u00f5igeusklikud, katoliiklased, vanausulised v\u00f5i uskmatud. Olen nende \u00fcle v\u00e4ga uhke. 40 p\u00e4eva kasinamat toitumist j\u00e4tab n\u00e4ole, kehale ja vaimsele tervisele oma j\u00e4lje \u2013 piht l\u00e4heb peeneks, n\u00e4onahk siledaks ja meel kannatlikuks.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p><strong>Liha sai lihtsalt otsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Paastumine pole v\u00f5\u00f5ras eestimaalastelegi, ent kuna oleme olnud sunnitud aastasadu kasinalt toituma, leiab Soov\u00e4li, et pigem on olnud paastumise m\u00f5jutajaks aastaring ning p\u00e4risorjusest ja m\u00f5isnike r\u00f5humisest tingitud vaesus. Seep\u00e4rast on \u00fcsna v\u00e4het\u00f5en\u00e4oline, et n\u00e4iteks 13. sajandil hakkas talurahvas ristiusustamisej\u00e4rgselt kindlaid kiriku seatud paaste j\u00e4rgima.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Soov\u00e4li r\u00e4\u00e4kis, et etnograaf Aliise Moora andmeil sai enamik Eesti peresid veel 19. sajandi algul liha s\u00fc\u00fca s\u00fcgisest kevadeni vaid 1<strong>\u2013<\/strong>2 korda n\u00e4dalas. Heal perenaisel olevat liha j\u00e4tkunud j\u00fcrip\u00e4evani (23. aprill), halvemal juhul sai liha otsa maarjap\u00e4eval (25. m\u00e4rts). \u00abPeamiselt s\u00f6\u00f6di vastlap\u00e4eval t\u00fcnni p\u00f5hjast seajalad \u00e4ra ja algaski olude sunnil lihast loobumine. Vaevalt et keegi m\u00f5tles, et liha mittetarbimine on Jumalale meelep\u00e4rane, vaid liha lihtsalt polnud,\u00bb nentis Soov\u00e4li.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Napiks j\u00e4i talveperioodil ka piima ja muna s\u00f6\u00f6mine, sest koduloomadegi toit ja tervis oli kasinam. Abi oli k\u00fcttimisest ja kalastamisest, kuid valdavalt oli men\u00fc\u00fcs k\u00f6\u00f6givili, teravili ja sellest tehtud toit (puder, odrak\u00e4kk jm), oad, l\u00e4\u00e4tsed, seemned ning t\u00e4htsaima kehakinnitajana rukkileib. Rasketel aegadel lisati leivale isegi sammalt, puulehti v\u00f5i \u00f5lgi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>\u00abSamas on meie riigis olnud alati inimesi, kes peavad \u00f5igeks m\u00f5nda muud usku. N\u00e4iteks 17. sajandi l\u00f5pus ja 18. sajandi alguses saabusid Peipsi \u00e4\u00e4rde Vene vanausulised, kes p\u00e4rast patriarh Nikoni usureforme Venemaalt p\u00f5genesid. Vanausulised on alati v\u00e4ga rangelt paastu j\u00e4rginud ja sellest k\u00f5rvale hoidmine on suur patt,\u00bb kirjeldas Soov\u00e4li. Praegugi elab Eestis umbes 15\u00a0000 vanausulist, kellest paljud paastuvad kirikukalendri j\u00e4rgi kokku \u00fcle kolme kuu aastas, osa lisaks sellele ka igal esmasp\u00e4eval, kolmap\u00e4eval ja reedel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>\u00abRaskeim on kindlasti suur paast\u00a0<em>(veliki post)<\/em>, mis algab p\u00e4rast andeksandmise p\u00fchap\u00e4eva ja kestab seitse n\u00e4dalat. Sel ajal on keelatud liha, muna, piima ja suure osa ajast ka kala s\u00f6\u00f6mine. \u00d5nneks on vanausuliste k\u00f6\u00f6k rikkalik ja \u00f5ige perenaine suudab ka suure pere paastu ajal \u00e4ra toita \u2013 s\u00fc\u00fcakse seeni, marju, teravilja, k\u00f6\u00f6givilja ja rammusaamiseks lisatakse roogadele poslamaslat ehk rafineerimata p\u00e4evalille\u00f5li,\u00bb selgitas Soov\u00e4li.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paastumisega ole t\u00e4helepanelik<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Toitumisn\u00f5ustaja Elle Kalam\u00e4gi hinnangul tuleks ka vaimse eesm\u00e4rgiga paastu ajal olla ettevaatlik, et mitte endale liiga teha. \u00abNii nagu hing ja vaim, vajab ka organism teadlikku l\u00e4henemist,\u00bb s\u00f5nas ta. Paastumine aitab tema s\u00f5nul kehal end taastada, vabanedes n\u00e4iteks laguainetest, liigsest vedelikust, kuhjunud limaainetest ja rasvadest. P\u00f5hjalik sisemine puhastumine uuendab rakke, parandab nende ainevahetust ning organite ja kudede funktsioone.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>N\u00f5ustaja arvates on paastu \u00fcks suurimaid v\u00e4\u00e4rtusi aga enesedistsipliin ja rutiinsete harjumuste v\u00f5\u00f5rutamine kas tervise v\u00f5i muu eesm\u00e4rgi nimel. Soov\u00e4ligi kinnitas, et levinud arusaama kohaselt muudab paast inimese tasakaalukaks, terveks ja toimekaks, samuti on selle populaarsus kasvanud. \u00dcheks p\u00f5hjuseks peab Soov\u00e4li seda, et Eestis elab palju \u00f5igeusklikke, kes kombest lugu peavad, aga ka seda, et k\u00fcllusele tuleb \u00fchel hetkel piir ette ning rasvase sealiha s\u00f6\u00f6mine aasta ringi ei ole kuigi tervislik. Oma osa v\u00f5ib olla ka sellel, et Eestis surevad paljud s\u00fcdameveresoonkonna haigustesse ning inimesed teavad, et tervislike eluviisidega saab seda ennetada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Kalam\u00e4gi kinnitas, et terve inimene v\u00f5ib l\u00fchiajalist paastu iseseisvalt teha ja temaga ei juhtu midagi. Rasedad, imetavad emad ning krooniliste haiguste p\u00f5dejad v\u00f5iksid pigem paastu v\u00e4ltida. Esimese paastuna ei soovita ta t\u00e4ielikku veepaastu, vaid esiti katsetamist puu- ja k\u00f6\u00f6giviljade ning neist pressitud mahlade tarbimisega. Mahlu v\u00f5ib veega lahjendada. Pidada v\u00f5ib ka osalist paastu, eemaldades men\u00fc\u00fcst vaid lihatooted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>\u00abHeaks praktikaks on loobumine alkoholist ning suitsetamisest, ravieesm\u00e4rgil v\u00f5ib proovida suhkru, gluteeni ja loomsete toiduainete vabale dieedile minna, mis on palju lihtsam ja v\u00f5ib-olla ka tervislikum kui pikk veepaast,\u00bb s\u00f5nas Kalam\u00e4gi. Kui plaanis on pikem ravipaast, siis peavad seda kindlasti j\u00e4lgima ja juhendama spetsialistid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Paastu l\u00f5petamine s\u00f5ltub pigem enesetundest. Toitumisn\u00f5ustaja ei soovita paastu l\u00f5ppu t\u00e4pselt m\u00e4\u00e4ratleda, vaid teha otsus vastavalt sellele, kuidas paastuja enesetunne muutub. \u00dchtlasi tuleb teada, et mida rohkem on organismil saasteaineid v\u00e4lja viia, seda kehvem\u00a0on alguses enesetunne.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body__item article-body__item--htmlElement\">\n<p>Soov\u00e4li leidis, et t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval on paastumine \u00fcsna lihtne, sest nii poodidest kui ka restoranidest leiab h\u00e4id valikuid taimetoitlastele. \u00abMinu tutvusringkonnas j\u00e4rgivad paljud paastu, olgu nad luterlased, \u00f5igeusklikud, katoliiklased, vanausulised v\u00f5i uskmatud. Olen nende \u00fcle v\u00e4ga uhke. 40 p\u00e4eva kasinamat toitumist j\u00e4tab n\u00e4ole, kehale ja vaimsele tervisele oma j\u00e4lje \u2013 piht l\u00e4heb peeneks, n\u00e4onahk siledaks ja meel kannatlikuks,\u00bb lisas ta.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Kuidas paastumist l\u00f5petada?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kui paast on kestnud 2\u20133 p\u00e4eva, siis pole probleeme toidu seedimise taastamisega. V\u00f5ib s\u00fc\u00fca sama toitu, mida enne paastumistki.<\/li>\n<li>6\u201310-p\u00e4evase paastu j\u00e4rel tuleb anda organismile aega j\u00e4\u00e4kainete, mis on n\u00e4lgimise ajal organismis liikuma hakanud, v\u00e4ljaviimiseks. Sama pika veepaastu j\u00e4rel peab toit olema vedel, n\u00e4ites v\u00e4rsked juurviljamahlad, taimet\u00f5mmised, puuviljad, aurutatud k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad. P\u00e4rast veepaastu v\u00f5iks taastusdieet kesta sama kaua, kui paastusid.<\/li>\n<li>Tarbi hautatud v\u00f5i v\u00e4rskeid juur- ja puuvilju. Sobivad ka pett, hapupiim, pudrud ja k\u00f6\u00f6giviljap\u00fcreed.\u00a0Taastumise ajal on hea juua kibuvitsa-, pihlaka- v\u00f5i s\u00f5strateed, millele v\u00f5ib lisada natuke mett.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4htis on, et soolestik hakkaks t\u00f6\u00f6le kolme taastumisp\u00e4eva jooksul.
