Viimasel ajal on eestlanna pidanud gluteenivaba dieeti.<\/p>\n<p>Gluteen on teraviljavalk, mida leidub looduslikult nisus, odras ja rukkis, vahel ka kaeras. See t\u00e4hendab aga seda, et kookidest, saiadest, leibadest, k\u00fcpsistest, pastast, lasanjest, vahvlitest, j\u00e4\u00e4tisest, magustoitudest, \u00f5llest ja vorstikestest tuleb loobuda. Ehk siis \u2013 tuleb loobuda peaaegu k\u00f5igest, mis maitsemeeltele v\u00e4hegi erutav tundub.<\/p>\n<p>Aasta alguses hakkas samasugust dieeti pidama jalgrattur Rein Taaram\u00e4e. Eelk\u00f5ige sellep\u00e4rast, et v\u00f5idus\u00f5idu ajal ja \u00f6\u00f6siti juhtus tihtipeale k\u00f5ht valutama.<\/p>\n<p>Teinud aasta alguses toiduainete talumatuse testi, selgus, et tema organism ei suuda lisaks gluteenile taluda ka seesamit, lehmapiima, kohupiima, muna, kohvi, juustu, Kreeka p\u00e4hkleid, krabi, lambaliha, krevette, rannakarpe, homaare, maap\u00e4hkleid, kammkarpe, roosuhkrut, tubakasuitsu, India p\u00e4hkleid, \u00f5llep\u00e4rmi, jogurtit ja turska.<\/p>\n<p>Esialgu haaras Taaram\u00e4e peast kinni ja m\u00f5tles ahastusega: \u00abMida ma \u00fcldse siis s\u00fc\u00fca v\u00f5in?\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ik, mida ta varem s\u00f6\u00f6nud oli, langes men\u00fc\u00fcst v\u00e4lja. Tuli otsida alternatiive.<\/p>\n<p>Hommikukohvi asendas ta kakaoga, tavalise pudru hirsipudruga, makaronide asemel s\u00f5i riisi, tatart v\u00f5i gluteenivabu makarone ning lambaliha asemel s\u00f5i kala. Lisaks hakkas ise ahjus k\u00fcpsetama gluteenivaba leiba.<br \/>\n\u00abEsimese kuu ajaga harjusin uue men\u00fc\u00fcga \u00e4ra. Olen ikkagi tippsportlane ja tean, millised eesm\u00e4rgid mul on,\u00bb arutles Taaram\u00e4e, kes oli Eestis olles harjunud saiakesi s\u00f6\u00f6ma.<\/p>\n<p>Tuli loobuda nii sellest kui ka k\u00f5ikidest teistest lemmikutest. \u00abMillest k\u00f5ige raskem lahti \u00f6elda oli? No mina olin t\u00e4ielik kohupiimamaniakk! Ja Eesti juust \u2013 see on samuti v\u00e4ga-v\u00e4ga hea asi.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Omajagu raskusi valmistas seegi, kui p\u00e4rast velotuure mindi kogu meeskonnaga einestama.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTeised tellisid koogit\u00fckikesed ette, mina j\u00f5in teed ja vaatasin pealt. Selline tunne oli, justkui loobuks mingisugusest s\u00f5ltuvust tekitavast toiduainest,\u00bb meenutas Taaram\u00e4e, kes on veendunud, et t\u00e4navuse hooaja edusammud on tulnud suuresti just t\u00e4nu uuenenud toidusedelile. Organism ei kuluta enam nii palju energiat ebasobiva toidu seedimisele. Lisaks on tema s\u00f5nul kadunud ka k\u00f6ha, nohu ja kurguvalu.<\/p>\n<p>Ometi on ka Taaram\u00e4e k\u00f5igest lihast ja luust inimene. P\u00e4rast Prantsusmaa velotuuri eelviimast etappi lasi ta end l\u00f5dvaks ning j\u00f5i \u00f5lut, s\u00f5i saia ja maiustas j\u00e4\u00e4tisega. See oli aga saatuslik viga, mida ta enam kunagi ei korda. \u00abEnesetunne l\u00e4ks v\u00e4ga kehvaks. \u00d6\u00f6sel sain sellep\u00e4rast vaid neli tundi magada. P\u00e4rast seda olen re\u017eiimis p\u00fcsinud,\u00bb kinnitas Taaram\u00e4e, kes soovitas oma blogis k\u00f5ikidel sportlastel, kellel tervisega probleeme, p\u00f6\u00f6rduda toitumisspetsialistide poole. Sest nagu ta \u00fctles: \u00abSee v\u00f5ib muuta teie elu!\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Gluteenivaba dieedi eestk\u00f5nelejaks v\u00f5ib pidada meeste maailma esireketit Novak Djokovici. Ent \u00fcle kogu maailma kogub see sportlaste seas \u00fcha enam populaarsust. M\u00f5neti kipub see lausa trendiks. Mullu katsetas gluteenivaba dieeti kogu Garmin-Cervelo jalgrattameeskond, mille liikmed t\u00e4heldasid suuremat energiat ja paremaid tulemusi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka Djokovic kinnitas, et uus toitumisprogramm on toonud ellu m\u00e4rgatavalt rohkem energiat ja j\u00f5udu. Lisaks suudab ta n\u00fc\u00fcd \u00f6\u00f6siti t\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikult magada. \u00abMa ei tohi s\u00fc\u00fca pitsat, pastat ja leiba. Olen kaotanud paar kilo, kuid palju olulisem on, et see on mu liikumist parandanud ning tunnen end f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt suurep\u00e4raselt. Mul on t\u00f5epoolest rohkem energiat,\u00bb kinnitas Djokovic.<\/p>\n<p>Ometi leidub ka pessimiste, kelle s\u00f5nul on selliste toitumiskavade puhul tegu sulaselge pettusega ja \u00fcksnes raha v\u00e4ljapressimisega. Nende s\u00f5nul pole keegi veel suutnud teaduslikult t\u00f5estada, kuidas gluteenivaba toitumine tulemusi parandab.<\/p>\n<p>Ka Taaram\u00e4ele kirjutas mitu arsti, kui otstarbetu seesugune toitumine tegelikult on. \u00abSain mitu e-kirja, kus arstid \u00fcritasid \u00f6elda, et selline toitumine pole tervislik. Aga mina l\u00e4htun omaenese enesetundest. Mina ise tunnen end m\u00e4rksa paremini kui varem,\u00bb kinnitas Taaram\u00e4e.<\/p>\n<h2>Arvamused<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>Igasugused uued trendid l\u00e4hevad inimestele v\u00e4ga kiirelt peale, eriti veel siis, kui selle on kasutusele v\u00f5tnud m\u00f5ni tuntud inimene. Mina ise pean t\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikku toidulauda k\u00f5ige olulisemaks. Profisportlastel peaks toidulaud olema v\u00f5imalikult rikkalik ja mitmekesine. Mis puutub gluteeni, siis teravilju on inimesed ju tuhandeid aastaid tarbinud. Inimese organism on harjunud seda kasutama ja sellest energiat omastama. Minu arvates tuleks \u00fche p\u00f5hitoiduaine \u2013 jahu ja saiatoodete \u2013 sajaprotsendiline men\u00fc\u00fcst v\u00e4ljal\u00fclitamine k\u00f5ne alla vaid siis, kui eesm\u00e4rk on kaalu langetada.<br \/>\nAga loomulikult ei tohi unustada inimesi, kellel on diagnoositud gluteenitalumatus. Need inimesed saavad sellisest toitumisest v\u00e4ga suurt abi.<\/p>\n<p>Mihkel Mardna, spordiarst<\/p>\n<p>Kuigi sellistele programmidele leidub palju vastaseid, on elu n\u00e4idanud, et asi toimib. Kui inimene toitub \u00f5igesti, siis omastab ta k\u00f5ik produktid ja vabaneb energia. Kui aga seedimine on h\u00e4iritud, koormab see ka immuuns\u00fcsteemi ja tekivad probleemid.<br \/>\nMeie kliiniku poole on p\u00f6\u00f6rdunud mitmed sportlased. V\u00f5in \u00f6elda, et nii judoka Indrek Pertelson (enne Ateena ol\u00fcmpiat \u2013 toim) kui ka Rein Taaram\u00e4e on sellest abi saanud. M\u00e4\u00e4rame inimestel toidud, mis neile sobivad ja mis ei sobi.
