Gut health is mainly affected by excessive consumption of animal protein, alcohol, coffee, fast food, white flour, sugar and salt, and antibiotics. Sooner or later, complaints such as a feeling of heaviness and indigestion, allergies, food intolerances, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea or fatigue arise. Even intestinal tumors may develop.

For a natural but effective intestine cleansing, Dr. Natalia Trofimova has developed an effective set consisting of salts(with laxative action- magnesium sulphate), from mineral mixed powder (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, zinc citrate) and teas(with laxative action-chamomile, St. John’s wort, mint, tea leaf, iron grass, calendula, nettle).

After cleansing of the intestines, it is extremely important to restore the intestinal microflora, this can only be done with the high quality probiotic Pro Em San Pur with a high content of live bacteria. Biokliinik is an importer of this probiotic and it is available in our online store.

Dr. Natalia Trofimova has developed an effective, natural intestine cleansing kit for home use.

DETOX-KIT contains:
