MY JOURNEY IN NUTRITION AND A HOLISTIC APPROACH

My academic journey took me to the Netherlands. Before focusing on nutrition, I obtained a master’s degree in international macroeconomics and worked in project management and process improvement in the finance and solar energy sectors. This background has taught me to view systems from a broader perspective, which I now apply to understanding the human body as a whole and identifying hidden processes that may require attention.

My second degree is in nutrition and dietetics from NCOI University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. I have gained extensive practical experience in various centers and clinics, working under the guidance of recognized integrative doctors, orthomolecular dietitians, and gastrointestinal therapists. This has equipped me with up-to-date knowledge and the latest methods to help people effectively lose weight and prevent or manage various health conditions through personalized nutrition.

I am also expanding my knowledge in the field of orthomolecular therapy. This is a natural approach that uses vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to support and improve your health. Soon, I will receive my diploma in orthomolecular counseling from the reputable Dutch institute for orthomolecular research and education, the Natura Foundation.
