I am Liina Molenaars – Trofimova, a dedicated <\/span><\/span>nutritionist and dietitian<\/b><\/span><\/span> with a passion for integrative health and wellness. Being the daughter of<\/span><\/span> Dr. med. N. Trofimova<\/b><\/span><\/span>, an esteemed functional medicine doctor and founder of Loodus BIOSPA in Estonia, I’ve been profoundly influenced by my mother’s holistic intergative practices and approach to well-being.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

MY JOURNEY IN NUTRITION AND INTEGRATIVE HEALTH<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

My academic journey led me to the <\/span><\/span>Netherlands.<\/b><\/span><\/span> Before focusing on nutrition, I earned a Master’s degree in International Macroeconomics and worked in project management and process improvement in finance and solar energy. This background taught me to view systems from a broader perspective, which I now apply to understanding the human body holistically and identify underlying processes that may need attention.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

My second degree is Nutrition and Dietetics from NCOI University in Utrecht, The Netherlands. I have acquired extensive hands-on experience in various centers and clinics, under the supervision of renowned integrative doctors, orthomolecular dietitians and gastrointestinal therapists. This has equipped me with the <\/span><\/span>latest insights and the newest methods<\/b><\/span><\/span> to help people lose weight effectively and prevent or manage a wide range of health issues with <\/span><\/span>personalised nutrition<\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I’m expanding my expertise in a field called <\/span><\/span>orthomolecular therapy<\/b><\/span><\/span>. This is a natural approach that uses vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to support and improve your health. Soon, I’ll be receiving my diploma in orthomolecular coaching from a prestigious orthomolecular research and education institute in the Netherlands, the Natura Foundation. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
