Selle aja jooksul on esitatud hulgaliselt erakordselt huvitavaid fakte, kuid senimaani ei ole \u00fckski teadlane s\u00f6andanud kindlalt vastata eespool toodud k\u00fcsimusele.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dched kinnitavad, et sojaubades on k\u00fclluslikult v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikku taimset valku, sojatoodetes on ideaalselt tasakaalus energiav\u00e4\u00e4rtus ja p\u00f5hitoitainete ja muude aktiivsete ainete koostis, hea antioks\u00fcdant ning soovitavad seda tarvitada kui ravimit ja prof\u00fclaktilist vahendit k\u00f5igile, alates suhkruhaigetest kuni l\u00f5petades \u00fclekaalu all kannatajatega.<\/p>\n<p>Teised v\u00e4idavad, et soja v\u00f5ib haige organismis\u00a0mitte ainult peatada, vaid ka provotseerida v\u00e4hirakke, peale selle suureneb sojat\u00a0tarbides oht kahjustada kilpn\u00e4\u00e4ret, hirmutatakse, et soja v\u00f5ib kiirendada ajurakkude\u00a0vananemist.<\/p>\n<p>Sojatoodete kasulikkus on suur ja silmn\u00e4htav, kuid s\u00fc\u00fca tuleb sojat\u00a0m\u00f5\u00f5dukalt, sest juba meie esivanemad \u00fctlesid: \u201dK\u00f5ik m\u00f5\u00f5dukas on tervislik.\u201d\u00a0Dietoloogide arvates kujuneb soja XXI sajandi peamiseks tervisliku toidu allikaks.<\/p>\n<p>Kuigi soja uurimises on veel k\u00e4ia pikk tee, arvatakse siiski, et pisutki sojat toiduga iga\u00a0p\u00e4ev manustades on v\u00e4hkt\u00f5bede oht v\u00e4iksem. Kuna soja puhul ei saa r\u00e4\u00e4kida erilisest\u00a0maitsest ega l\u00f5hnast ega ka v\u00e4lisest atraktiivsusest, saab sojatooteid propageerida\u00a0eelk\u00f5ige tervendavate omaduste kaudu. Ometi pole soja mingi imerohi, vaid see on\u00a0tervislik lisa toidulauale ning iga\u00fcks v\u00f5ib ise otsustada sojatoodete tarbimise \u00fcle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soja soodustab aktiivset ja pikaealist elu ning kaitseb meid paljude haiguste eest!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Soja alandab vere kolesteroolitaset<\/h3>\n<p>Kuna sojatooted on kolesteroolivabad, siis\u00a0langeb kolesteroolitase veres. Soja valgu biokeemiliselt aktiivsed \u00fchendid on v\u00f5imelised\u00a0alandama \u00fcldkolesterooli ja madala tihedusega lipoproteiinide taset, mis on kahjulikeks tegijateks \u00fcldkolesterooli moodustumisel. Sojatoodetes on tervislik rasvasisaldus: madal k\u00fcllastunud rasvade poolest\u00a0ja rikas k\u00fcllastumata rasvade poolest, siis aitavad need s\u00e4ilitada tervislikku kaalu.<\/p>\n<h3>Organismi puhastaja m\u00fcrkidest<\/h3>\n<p>Soja puhastab organismi radioaktiivsetest ja m\u00fcrgistest ainetest t\u00e4nu fosfori\u00fchenditele.\u00a0Kuna soja sisaldab fosfori\u00fchendeid, mis seovad m\u00fcrgiseid aineid ja viivad\u00a0need seedetrakti kaudu organismist v\u00e4lja. Sojatoodetes on kaltsiumi tervete luude ja hammaste jaoks ning\u00a0rikkalikult taimseid proteiine, mida lapsed kasvamiseks vajavad.\u00a0Sojaoas on tervislikus tasakaalus kasvueas lastele olulised Omega-6 ja Omega-3 rasvhapped.<\/p>\n<p>Soja tarbimine vanemas eas on eriti oluline, kuna soja kergendab probleeme mitmete\u00a0haiguste puhul, sealhulgas luude h\u00f5renemine, s\u00fcdameveresoonkonna-, v\u00e4hi-,\u00a0seede- ja neeruhaigused.
