See annab kehale v\u00f5imaluse ennast koguda ja loiuks muutunud funktsioone elavdada, tugevdab immuun- ja n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi,&#8221; selgitab Dr. Trofimova paastumise vajadust.<\/p>\n<p>Kevadisel ajal paastumine pole kirikukalendrisse tekkinud juhuslikult. Suurele Paastule eelnev talveperiood v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada vitamiinipuudust, \u00fclev\u00e4simust ning \u00fcldist vastupanuv\u00f5ime langust. Inimesed paastusid ka enne kaasaegse religiooni teket ning tegid seda samal p\u00f5hjusel &#8211; keha ja vaimu puhastamiseks ning immuuns\u00fcsteemi tugevdamiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Trofimova s\u00f5nul on religioosne paast ning ravipaast olemuslikult \u00fcsna erinevad asjad. Kui t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval paastuvad inimesed \u00fcha v\u00e4hem kirikukommetest tulenevalt, siis t\u00f5usvas trendis on erinevad tervisepaastud, mille kestvus on l\u00fchem, kuid intensiivsus oluliselt k\u00f5rgem &#8211; selliseid paastukuure on soovitav teha ainult kogenud spetsialistide j\u00e4relvalve all ja selleks sobivas keskkonnas. M\u00f5lema puhul on siiski olemas teatud sarnasusi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Paastumine on vabatahtlik tegevus. Ei piisa vaid sellest, et inimene loobub toidust. Paastumine on otsus, mis s\u00fcnnib inimese peas. See on vaimne valmidus loobuda lisaks toidule ka m\u00f5nuainetest ja sellistest tegevustest, mis p\u00e4rsivad organismi loomulikku puhastustegevust. Vaimne valmisolek on k\u00f5ige alus,&#8221; \u00fctleb Dr. Natalia Trofimova. Nii t\u00e4hendas vanasti paastuperioodi saabumine ka k\u00f5iksugu meelelahutuslike tegevuste piiramist.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nap\u00e4eval elab maailm aastaringselt p\u00fcsivas r\u00fctmis ja kui inimene vajab paastumist tervise ja t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5ime taastamise eesm\u00e4rgil, on tal v\u00f5imalik tulla selleks sobivamasse keskkonda. Miks kodune iseseisev ravipaastumine tihtipeale ei \u00f5nnestu, tuleneb mitmest asjaolust. Dr. Trofimoval on l\u00fchiajalise tervisepaastumise puhuks viis soovitust. Paastuja peab puhastusperioodiks j\u00e4tma \u00e4ra k\u00f5ik, mis pole eluliselt vajalik &#8211; n\u00e4iteks nikotiin, alkohol, kohv, maiustused. Teiseks tuleks end lahutada argip\u00e4eva muredest &#8211; l\u00f5\u00f5gastuda, otsida rahu ja turvalisust ning teha end vabaks kohustustest ja nendega kaasnevast argip\u00e4evasurvest. Kolmandaks on t\u00e4htis tarbida suures koguses sobivat vedelikku. Neljandaks, liikuda m\u00f5\u00f5duka koormusega, kuid v\u00f5imalikult palju v\u00e4rskes \u00f5hus. Ja l\u00f5petuseks teha m\u00fcrkainete v\u00e4ljumist soodustavaid protseduure &#8211; nagu massaa\u017eid, vannid, erinevad j\u00e4\u00e4kaineid v\u00e4ljutavad toimingud.
