Kuidas toimida ja toituda, et leevendada mao \u00fclihappesuse vaevusi?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00e4rka probleemi!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mao \u00fclihappesust p\u00e4ris v\u00e4ltida doktor K\u00fclliki Suurmaa s\u00f5nul ei saa, kuid toitumist j\u00e4lgides ja ravimeid v\u00f5ttes on v\u00f5imalik vaevusi leevendada. Enne ravima hakkamist on aga vaja v\u00e4lja selgitada p\u00f5hjused.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sageli on mure taga vedelikupuudus. L\u00f5unane toidukord v\u00f5iks olla k\u00f5ige suurem ja sisaldama kindlasti sooja toitu. \u00d5htus\u00f6\u00f6giks vali midagi kergemat ja lihtsamini seeditavat (v\u00e4ldi rasvaseid, liiga v\u00fcrtsikaid toite). Kiudainerikkad toidud reguleerivad seedimist ja v\u00e4hendavad liigset happesust.
