Aga mis on nende h\u00e4dade taga ja kuidas neist p\u00e4\u00e4seda?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mehed on juba kord sellised, et ei taha \u201et\u00fchistena\u201c n\u00e4ivate asjadega arstide l\u00e4vepakke kulutada. Seep\u00e4rast soovitab ta mure korral kindlasti perearsti poole p\u00f6\u00f6rduda. Kui aga v\u00e4ljaheidetes peaks leiduma verd, on arsti poole p\u00f6\u00f6rdumine lausa kohustuslik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miks tekib halb hinge\u00f5hk? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcks enim piinlikkust tekitavaid probleeme on halb hinge\u00f5hk. N\u00e4tsu v\u00f5i petersellilehe n\u00e4rimine annab vaid ajutise efekti ja mis peamine \u2013 ei likvideeri probleemi p\u00f5hjust. Hambakivi \u00e4rahoidmiseks peaks igap\u00e4evaselt kasutama elektrilist hambaharja ning kindlasti ka hambaniiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kui jalad lehkavad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eJube juust\u201c ehk jalataldade ja varbavahede higistamine ning sellest tulenev lehk on nuhtluseks paljudele mehepoegadele ja neid \u00fcmbritsevatele inimestele \u2013 t\u00f6\u00f6kaaslastele ja pereliikmetele. Halba jalgade l\u00f5hna v\u00f5ib k\u00f5ige sagedamini p\u00f5hjustada normaalne\/liigne higistamine v\u00f5i bakteriaalne v\u00f5i seeninfektsioon. \u201eHigi ise ei haise, vaid l\u00f5hn tekib bakterite ja higi koosm\u00f5jul. Nii bakterite vohamist kui higi eritumist soodustab omakorda niiske keskkond jalan\u00f5ude sees,\u201c selgitab Viimsi Fertilitase erakliiniku dermatoloog Elo Kuum. \u201ePeske iga p\u00e4ev jalgu, eelistatult antibakteriaalse seebiga. Jalgade igap\u00e4evane 20\u201330minutiline leotamine jahedamas kanges musta tee vannis (tee sisaldab tanniinhapet) aitab samuti v\u00e4hendada higistamist ja l\u00f5hna. Alternatiivina teevannidele v\u00f5ib jalgu leotada lahuses, milles on \u00fcks osa \u00e4\u00e4dikat ja kaks osa vett. Kui jalgade halb l\u00f5hn ei kao nende meetmete abil kolme-nelja n\u00e4dalaga v\u00f5i kui nahal esineb nahamuutusi, tuleb p\u00f6\u00f6rduda nahaarsti poole.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piinlik liighigistamine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Piinlikke olukordi tekitab ka liighigistamine, milleks peetakse higistamist suuremal m\u00e4\u00e4ral, kui on vajalik normaalseks keha jahutamiseks. \u201eKindlat piiri normaalse ja liigse higistamise vahele ei olegi t\u00f5mmatud, kuid v\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, et kui higistamine hakkab segama inimese igap\u00e4evaelu, on t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt tegemist liighigistamisega,\u201c r\u00e4\u00e4gib dermatoloog Elo Kuum.<\/p>\n<p>Primaarse ja paikse higistamise (kaenlaalused, peopesad, tallad) ravi saab alustada apteegis m\u00fc\u00fcdavate tugevamate antiperspirantidega, kuid kui liigne ja\/v\u00f5i \u00fcle keha higistamine tekib \u00e4kitselt v\u00f5i \u00f6\u00f6siti, tuleks p\u00f6\u00f6rduda arsti poole v\u00f5imaliku alloleva haigusliku p\u00f5hjuse v\u00e4ljaselgitamiseks. Samuti tuleb vajadusel tegeleda mitmete higistamisega kaasuvate t\u00fcsistustega, n\u00e4iteks bakteriaalsed ja seeninfektsioonid. Ravivariandid ulatuvad antiperspirantidest botuliintoksiini ehk Botoxi ning kirurgiliste protseduurideni.<\/p>\n<p>Higistamise ja kehal\u00f5hna v\u00e4hendamiseks tuleks kindlasti iga p\u00e4ev k\u00e4ia vannis v\u00f5i du\u0161i all, eelistada naturaalsest materjalist riideid ja proovida v\u00f5imalikult sageli l\u00f5\u00f5gastuda.
