The programs are designed for adults aged 18 and over.
There is no strict upper age limit, but guests over 70 should consult the doctor to confirm suitability.

Therapeutic fasting is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for guests with insulin-dependent diabetes, severe heart, liver, kidney, or psychiatric conditions.
If you have chronic illnesses or take medication, we recommend an online consultation with Dr Natalia Trofimova before booking.

Loodus BIOSPA is not a medical institution, although it was founded by Dr Natalia Trofimova and is based on her decades of medical experience.
A qualified nurse is available 24 hours a day, and daily nurse consultations are included in the program.
If you wish to consult a doctor, you can register for Dr Trofimova’s appointment before or during your stay – she usually holds consultations once per program.

The fasting program is a water fast – only water, herbal teas, and small amounts of vegetable broth, kombucha, and flaxseed kissel are offered, all very low in calories.
Calorie expenditure is individual; we recommend walking at least 10 000 steps per day and joining the morning and evening group activities.
In the Detox Diet program, the daily calorie intake does not exceed 750 kcal for women and 1000 kcal for men.
Meals are plant-based, light, and free from additives.

Yes. Please inform us of any changes by 12:00 noon the day before, so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
Missed treatments without prior notice remain chargeable, and late arrivals may shorten the session time.
All changes should be communicated directly to the on-site administrator.

You may express your preference by email when booking extra procedures.
We will do our best to include your preferred therapist in your schedule.
However, as our therapists work in rotating shifts, occasional adjustments may be required.
All therapists are experienced professionals, ensuring consistently high-quality care.

Your personal schedule for the next day is printed each evening and placed at the reception desk – around 8 p.m. on the first day and approximately 5 p.m. thereafter.
The full weekly schedule cannot be issued in advance, as adjustments for one guest may affect the entire group timetable.

If you have work or personal commitments, you may leave the premises at your own discretion, keeping in mind your treatment times.
Please inform the administrator of any planned absences upon arrival, so we can coordinate accordingly.
If absences are not announced in advance, we kindly ask that you follow the program timetable, as it is structured holistically for the best possible results.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas.
We encourage limiting screen time to support full relaxation and recovery.

Morning exercise sessions are held outdoors in all weather, starting at 8:00 a.m. from the second program day onward.
They help activate metabolic and cleansing processes.
Please bring comfortable clothing, suitable footwear, and a light rain jacket.

Pets are not allowed at Loodus BIOSPA.
Accommodation with children is possible only upon prior agreement – family rooms are available, but parents are fully responsible for the child’s care and meals.

Since the center makes preparations and allocates staff in advance, deposits are non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions.
