THE CIRCLE of BIOSPA is our loyalty program that recognizes this long-term commitment and turns a single stay into an ongoing health practice. THE CIRCLE of BIOSPA helps you reset and anchor true lifestyle change for the long term.

How THE CIRCLE works

• Membership is personal and linked to the number of completed stays from 2022 onwards (salbos)? 
• After your 2nd stay within 18 months you enter the Circle as a STARTER member.
• With 3–5 stays you move to EXPLORER level.
• From 6 stays and more you belong to the EXPERT level.
• To keep your status active we ask that you return at least once within 24 months (?)

STARTER:  introduction to fasting and detox

Welcome back – you are now part of the Circle of BIOSPA.

Eligibility: 2 completed stays within 18 months.

Benefits: 

• Complimentary individual treatment with every stay
  – one standard individual treatment (value 55 EUR) as a thank-you for returning.
• BIOSPA bag: welcome gift when entering the Circle.
• Access to BIOSPA Circle news and member offers – early information about program dates, special packages and campaigns.

EXPLORER: growing your fasting and detox experience

You are on the path to better health.

Eligibility: 3–5 completed stays

Benefits:

• All STARTER benefits, plus
• Massage therapist preference* – we do our best to book you with your preferred therapist.
• Room preference* – we try to allocate your preferred room or wing.
• Birthday gift – a small wellness pack, prepared for you once per year.
• Personal follow-up consultation with a BIOSPA health expert 3 months after your program – to support integration of fasting/detox at home.

EXPERT – advanced practice in fasting and detox

The inner circle of the BIOSPA family.

Eligibility: 6 or more completed stays

Benefits:

• All EXPLORER benefits.
• Priority in booking extra treatments* and diagnostics.
• Free room upgrade* to a higher category
• Late check out*
• Invitations to VIP events and small group sessions with our experts.
• Personal follow-up consultation with a BIOSPA health expert 9 months after your program – for longer-term guidance.
