Fasting is a conscious slowing down of both body and mind – a process of creating inner space where natural regenerative processes can unfold. To support this journey more deeply, the fasting programme taking place from 6–11 February includes group breathwork sessions, designed to support balance and alignment between body and mind.

Conscious breathing as a supportive practice

During fasting, the body becomes more receptive, the mind clearer, and the nervous system more open to inner regulation. Guided breathwork supports this natural state by helping to release accumulated tension, calm the nervous system, and deepen body awareness.

Group sessions offer a safe and supportive environment where participants can slow down, listen to their bodies, and allow breathing to gently restore balance.

During this week, breathwork sessions are an integral part of the fasting programme – offered to our guests as a complimentary addition, at no extra cost.

Each session is guided by an experienced therapist. No prior experience is required – only a willingness to take time for yourself and allow the breath to lead.
