Ingredients
Pro Vita B Complete is a high-dose vitamin B complex with all eight B vitamins. It also contains the vitamins betaine, choline (B4), inositol (B8) and para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA, B10), which also belong to the group of B vitamins.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE
Take 1 capsul daily with a sufficient amount of liquid. Best taken with breakfast or lunch. Consumption of riboflavin (vitamin B2) can cause an intense yellow color in the urine; it is harmless. Riboflavin is a natural dye. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
