RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening. Capsules should be taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before meals or at least 2 hours after meals). For optimal metabolism, allow 5 hours between meals.
Note: If you can take the supplement once a day, take 3 capsules about 2 hours after dinner (around 20:00–21:00) to support nighttime liver regeneration.
