WEEK 1:
Start with 2 full teaspoons (approx. 8 g) in 200 ml of warm water. Drink slowly, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. Expected stool changes:
Week 1: Soft consistency, 1–3 times per day
Week 2: Slightly firmer consistency, 1–3 times per day
Week 3: Soft, sausage-like consistency, 1–2 times per day
