5–10 January 2026, I will be personally present at Loodus BIOSPA during the fasting program. I will be fasting together with you, sharing the experience throughout the entire week.
This means that we will observe, feel, question, and understand the process together, as it unfolds. I will explain what is happening in the body during fasting, how detoxification and autophagy are activated, which signals are part of natural adaptation, and which ones deserve attention.

Who I am

My name is Liina Molenaars-Trofimova. I am a dietitian and integrative nutrition specialist with expertise in gut health, chronic inflammation, metabolism, fasting, and body detoxification.
I am also the daughter of Dr. med. Natalia Trofimova, functional medicine physician and founder of Loodus BIOSPA. Fasting, recovery, and supporting the body’s natural healing capacity have been part of my world long before they became popular topics. For me, this work is both professional and deeply personal.
Before specializing in nutrition, I completed a Master’s degree in International Macroeconomics and worked in project and process optimization. This background still shapes how I work today — I look at the body as an interconnected system.
I graduated in Nutrition and Dietetics in the Netherlands and work as an integrative nutritionist and orthomolecular specialist, combining clinical nutrition with the targeted use of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients to support metabolic balance, gut health, and long-term recovery.
How I work
I work with people living with diabetes, PCOS, CVRM, COPD, fibromyalgia, chronic inflammation, low energy, metabolic stagnation, digestive complaints, and recurring weight issues. I also support those who simply want their body to function more clearly, efficiently, and resiliently.
My work is not centered on weight alone. Weight often improves naturally once the gut, metabolism, inflammation, and energy systems are properly supported. Sustainable results come from understanding, not restriction.
I create fully personalized nutritional strategies that are realistic, flexible, and designed to serve life — not dominate it. Health should support happiness, not replace it.
What we will do during this week
This week is designed as a shared journey. I will be fasting together with you, experiencing the same phases, sensations, and questions that naturally arise during fasting.
Throughout the week, I will offer individual consultations, deliver educational lectures, and guide you step by step through what is happening in your body. One of the key lectures will focus on a question many people recognize all too well: why weight so often returns after dieting, and what truly needs to change to prevent this from happening again.
We will explore how fasting, detoxification, the reduction of chronic inflammation, and autophagy work together to support long-term health, energy, and metabolic stability.
Beyond the structured sessions and scheduled moments, there is space for something equally valuable. We will sit together in a calm, cosy atmosphere and talk openly about what you are experiencing in real time. What does tiredness mean at this stage? Which signals are reassuring? Which are simply signs of the body reorganising itself? And how do you translate these insights into daily life once you return home?
This is the moment where information becomes understanding, and understanding grows into confidence.
