Cauliflower salad with broccoli 200g
Ingredients: cauliflower 70 g, broccoli 70 g, olive oil 10 g, rocket 15 g, coriander 5 g, lime juice 10 g, cranberries 20 g

Workflow:
1. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small mouth-watering florets.
2. Cook al dente for about 10 minutes.
3. Cool immediately in cold water and let dry on a sieve.
4. Mix olive oil and lime juice together to make a sauce.
5. Mix together the cauliflower, broccoli and arugula.
6. Serve with fresh berries and herbs.
