Ingredients: leek 30 g, carrot 30 g, sweet paprika 10 g, potatoes 50g, beetroot 60 g, parsley greens 5 g, fresh dill 5 g, water 100 ml, lemon juice 0,5 g

Workflow:
1. Boil the carrot, leek and beet until semi-soft.
2. Pour water and chopped potatoes into a saucepan.
3. Add the stewed vegetables to the pot and cook for 15 minutes. At the end of boiling, add lemon juice.
4. Serve with green herbs.
