For the normal functioning of the digestive system and the prevention of many diseases, a person needs fiber on a daily basis. Fiber organizes our digestion, slows down the absorption of carbohydrates and helps remove toxins, waste products, including excess cholesterol, from the body. Lack of fiber can cause several health problems such as constipation, high cholesterol and obesity.
Pro Präbioma contains carefully selected fibers that are ideal for a well-balanced intestinal flora: partially hydrolyzed guar gum, acacia fiber, resistant dextrin, α-glyco-oligosaccharides (GOSα). The composition is supplemented with calcium and zinc to support metabolism and digestion.
Intestinal bacteria break down a lot of soluble fiber very quickly. However, it creates a lot of gas in the intestines, which is a common cause of flatulence. Pro Präbioma contains only those fibers that ferment especially slowly in the intestine and are therefore perfectly tolerated even by sensitive digestion.
Fiber can be divided into water-soluble and water-insoluble. Soluble fibers such as pectins, resistant starches or inulin are mainly found in fruits and vegetables, while insoluble fibers such as cellulose and lignin are mainly found in cereal products and legumes. Both perform important functions in the digestive system and therefore in the whole body. The role of water-soluble and water-insoluble fibers in the body is different. Water-soluble fibers can be partially digested by the body, and their consumption can lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Water-soluble fiber also helps reduce fluctuations in blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Ingredients
Not all people can digest all fiber equally well. Intestinal microflora metabolizes many soluble fibers very quickly. This can lead to large amounts of gas very quickly, which is a common cause of gas, bloating and abdominal pain. Pro Präbioma only contains fibers that start to ferment slowly in the intestine and are therefore very well tolerated by the sensitive digestive system.

Recommended intake

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY
Mix 2 x 5 g of powder (approx. 5 g in 1 lightly heaped measuring spoon or 1 lightly heaped teaspoon, inside the measuring spoon) in at least 200 ml of still water, juice or tea every day. Dissolves very quickly in warm or hot drinks. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Administration should be gradual, i.e. starting with 1/2 scoop per day and gradually increasing the dose by 1/2 scoop every two days until the total is two scoops.
