Sweet potato ragout 200g
Ingredients: sweet potato 130 g, green peas 35 g, olive oil 10 g, turmeric 5 g, dried paprika 5 g, cumin 5 g, water 10 ml
314 kcal, proteins 5.6 g, carbohydrates 28.3 g, fiber 1.4 g, fats 20.4 g
Workflow:
1. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into approx. 1 cm cubes.
2. Heat the sweet potato in a pan with a little oil.
3. Add peas and spices.
4. When the sweet potato is slightly cooked, add enough water to cover the vegetables.
5. Simmer the vegetables until soft and mix. NB! Do not crush.
6. Serve either hot or cold. Use fresh herbs for garnishing.
